Well I went fishing, go figure.

I will be getting out a few more times this month...

Yeah I know lagging on the trips and updates. Gee, Fishermen can be undependable cant they?

June 2, 2007 was one of those days you dream of. Total bass 23. About half were 3lbs or better, and 4 crowded 5lbs. Had a 3 spot and a 3 smallmouth. I will get the smallie photo up shortly. Also got on the feeding stripers and caught about 6 of them.

Only had two trips in May. One trip boated 3 bass all about 3-4 pounds each. The other trip was the same except one of the fish was a 6.4 caught by a ten year old, I added his pic to the gallery

3/24/25/07 Got to go out for a short trip both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday was till about noon and only caught 4 fish. 1 dink and 3 between 3 and 4 pounds. Sunday was a better day for numbers as I caught about 8 fish but only one would have pushed over 3 pounds. All were caught shallow on worms.

3/10/07 - Got out for a little while on Saturday and Spent way to much time experimenting rather than going with my instinct. Fished the river ledges for way too long before moving shallow where we did find 2 fish in the 3 pound class. Took a couple friends of mine out and it was a beautiful day for floating around the lake. All caught on lizards. Thanks

1/09/07 - Fished Saturday for about 5 hours, a cool breeze blew all day where I was and it was a little nippy. Did not see the sun once. Fishing was slow but it was nice to get out there after a break of about 5 months. Manage 5 fish with 2 right at 3 pound the rest just nice Guntersville chunks. If you are taking the time to read this please allow me to tell you I appreciate you doing so. I do not fish as much as I would like but I will be going and posting the results as usual. Oh and the fish bit a gold/white spinnerbait in a quite shallow 4 feet of grass. They wanted it moving as slow as possible but they all were hooked deep.
