I have not had much time to plan any trips. Everything is busy and no end in site. I will still post some results as I can, Thanks all!

Still busy with move and selling a home, not much time to fish.

(7/29/05) Did get a couple of hours in Saturday morning. 3 pounder on buzzbait 2 and 5 pounder flipping, it got hot so I went home.

Independence Day: Did get out for a few hours on the 4th. Managed 11 bass with one over 5. Couple around 3 and the rest average keepers. Back home by noon. 6 flipping, 3 spinnerbait 2 on a spook. All in grass under 5 foot deep.

Memorial Day Weekend:

Friday 2 hours - 3 keepers. Spinnerbait 3 foot grass

Sat Morning till 10am -8 bass, 2 over 3 and 2 over 5. Buzzbait and spook 3 foot grass

Monday Morning till 11am - 7 bass dinks plus a 3 and a 5 Buzzbait and spook 3 foot grass

Monday afternoon 6 till dark- 4 bass, biggest at 3 or so Buzzbait and spook 3 foot grass

all weekend and pretty much the same 100 yards of grass

(5/21/05) Only had 3 hours late Saturday, as I just had a very busy weekend. Caught 3 fish with same pattern all keepers but just that. Grass is coming along a record pace and with no rain in the next few days should only make it grow faster and allow the water clear a little too much.

(5/15/05) No trip on Saturday and only 2.5 hours this morning. Only had 3 bass to land this morning but all where 4.5 - 5 pounds, just look for the two pictures of the wet guy in the Alabama Hat in the photo gallery. I hit buckets of rain on the way in so I did not stop to install a rain suit. Still catching them the same.

(5/8/04) Fish a very short two hours this morning for 5 nice keepers and was headed to get ready for church by 7:45. You know you are hooked when going for 2 hours is worth it, LOL.

(5/7/05) Same bait again for 19 bass today. Mostly keepers with a couple dinks and 5 or so @ 3-4lbs. Bites were scattered covering several miles of grass to get them. Still hitting about 6-8 foot grass.

(4/30/05) Decent day today. Started of throwing the same Spinnerbait in 8 foot grass, and manage 7 with most keepers and one around 4. Took a break for lunch and managed only 4 but they were all 3-4 pounds. These 4 came on a Carolina rig in shallow water close the main lake.

(4/23/05) Pretty good day till 7am. Started at day light fighting the cross wind and caught 9 fish. My best would go about 32lbs. Well, if you let me weight in the 10 pound salt striper I had and the 9 pound cat fish. The other 7 were nice keeper bass with the biggest about 4. All except the cat hit before 7am. and on a Spinnerbait. White and gold 3/8oz. I was cutting real grass by 9:30. Thanks for reading.

(04/16/05) Went for a few hours on this day and managed only 3 keepers that were very scattered. And came on 3 baits.

(3/05/05) Well I am still a bit off with my fishing with only getting a few hours in a week. Today was slow since I only caught one in the four pound range and lost 2 that were bigger on a red 3/4oz trap in 7 foot hydrilla. Oh well, I base the page and site one true honestly, even if it hurts. LOL

(2/26/05) Well it is hard to admit that I have been fishing for two trips with only one 3.5lbs To show for it. Oh well. We will just keep going. Carolina rig.

1/08/05 Finally got to break the ice myself. Had about 2 hours to fish but boated 13, all keepers with 3 around 3lbs each. 10 came on a green pumpkin Carolina rig and 3 on a gold chartreuse Spinnerbait. Good to get bit. Also felt real good to start on the fish after being gone for 1.5 months.
